A new month! Can you believe it’s August already?

Me, I’m personally glad. This means summer is nearly over, and I can concentrate on other things, like myself and editing. I have a PILE of editing to attend to, and doing it piecemeal SUCKS big time.

This month, I might concentrate on selfies and my jewelry creations.

This is one of my favorite pendants, but I think it needs a tumble to brighten up the sterling.

At the Ann Arbor Art Fair today.

It’s hotter than hell.

Honestly.

The blacksmiths have constructed a mustache that’s quite the hit of the show. Everyone is having their photos taken with it.

Me, I’m an aging hipster. My photos are selfies.

Even though working is not the desired avocation, I think working has its upside.

Namely, air conditioning.

Instagram now has a video feature. So I have videoed me doing the hula-hoop.

Wow. That works.

I like hula hooping better than the trampoline. Jumping on the trampoline makes the G-forces do strange things to your face. Of course, the picture is jumpy, but it’s less jumpy than on the trampoline.

 

June 10

Almost typed “May 10” – I wish it were May.

I selfied myself driving. Ordinarily, I do not operate a cell phone while driving. I have bluetooth for that. But I hope this conveys the urgency of my day.

It’s the first real day of summer. Scores of classes are starting this week.
