Honestly, when you’re my age, you must spend the winter training for gardening in the spring.
Sweat, mulch and potting soil in my bra (don’t ask me, I have NO idea), heat stroke, and achy muscles from wrestling heavy bags and plants in and out of my car.
And I DID exercise this winter.
Upside: the garden is half finished. The rest should be complete by next weekend.
Now if Burpee will send my sweet potato plants. I need to rest, preferably in the shade.
