You might think the First Day of Spring is March 20, but it’s not.

The real first day of spring is the first day of Spring Break.

It also heralds the coming of summer, the busy season at work.

I thought it would be busier today than it is.

Coffee, need coffee.

St. Patrick’s Day.

I am a lot of things (Japanese, Greek, American Indian, French, Scottish) but I am not Irish. So there.

I am, however, still waiting for spring, which should occur in a couple of days. Not soon enough for me.

Well, it happened.

It snowed. AGAIN.

Since I had to venture to Dearborn, I had to battle traffic that had forgotten how to drive in it. This state’s drivers suffer from short term memory loss.

Anyway, here are some of my houseplants that are still alive. Tomorrow I’ll showcase the ones that are on life support.
