Ayaka sushi, Ann Arbor. Best sushi in Southeastern Michigan!
Lobster cerviche! Homemade, of course, with garden tomatoes, cilantro, and serrano peppers.
A take on eggs Benedict. From Zazie, San Francisco.
Beef and broccoli, great dinner.
The husband decided to go out to dinner last night. So we went to Andiamos Royal Oak, where I had scallops to die for!
Mouthwatering scallops wrapped in prociutto, grilled and sauced with something sweet and spicy, on a bed of corn hash and wilted spinach. It was love! 05-29-13
Mothers Day, spent at the Henry Hotel in Dearborn, Michigan.
This is some sort of melon, carved into a beautiful art form. Too pretty to eat.
Charcuterie station, with terrines made of rabbit, chicken, and of course pate.
Dessert table one. I should have started here and ended here.
Honest to God. I thought I’d died and gone to heaven.

Lily’s Seafood Grill 01-18-13. The hubby had Australian salmon last night. Wonderful.
I decided on Lily’s version of surf and turf, a petite tenderloin and shrimp.
This was some sort of spicy shrimp appetizer. I didn’t pay attention to the menu, but I could taste pepper, Asian sauce, cilantro and lime.
